We restrict access to one person per purchase. Please protect your User ID and password. Do not share your User ID or Password with anyone. If we suspect your User ID or Password is compromised, we will disable your account immediately to protect your private information and the security of our system. You may change your password at any time using the website if you suspect your password was compromised. Please use a password that is easy to remember but difficult to guess.
We do not warranty that the operation of this website will be error free. Growingknowing.com disclaims all warranties expressed or implied that are not included in this document. We do not warranty the website will meet your requirements for a particular purpose. Please inform us of any errors so we can improve our product for everyone. Just copy the error, and email it to us.
Growingknowing.com liability and remedy for errors is limited to the return of your payment. For a refund, the error must be substantial and provided within 15 days of your registration.
We provide data showing what topics you have completed and test results to you and your professor only. If you designate the wrong professor or section, we may provide results to the professor you designated until the mistake is corrected. You may change your registration section or professor at any time. We will alert you if we detect a possible mismatch between your professor and your section.
In the future we may display high practice scores or game scores on the website by nickname. If you wish to protect your privacy and do not want anyone to see your high score, include a nickname in your registration and do not tell anyone your nickname. If you have already registered, you can click the "Profile" button to edit your registration information and add or change your nickname.
We keep student data for 20 weeks. Data is stored on server(s) in Canada or the United States to ensure maximum performance, security, and business contingency based on the location of your school. We expect your professor will provide grades to your school for a permanent record of your performance as described in your school's policy statements. We will archive your data at the end of the semester. We will delete your information after 20 weeks from your registration date. You can re-register at any time.
We may permanently keep aggregated data to improve future student performance. Aggregated data does not include any data that could identify any individual or specific student. Aggregate data may be published for research purposes to improve the quality of education.
Professors are registered by a growingknowing.com administrator for free with proof that you are teaching at a school, such as a phone number and valid email account at a school. We will store registration on an inactive account for up to two years in case you teach the same course again. You can request we delete your registration data at any time. Your student data will be deleted as above, so please keep a copy or supply the administrator of your school with any data that should be stored more permanently.
