President and Team

Dr. Terry James is President of GrowingKnowing.com. He has over 10 years teaching experience in post-secondary education and several decades of experience in senior management positions in financial institutions. Dr. James is a faculty member of Seneca College, Toronto. Terry has a doctorate in management, M.Sc. degree, and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Carol is our lead developer. Carol has a degree in mathematics and decades of information technology experience at IBM, Rogers Communications, and financial institutions.

Jessie, a playful Schnoodle, is our Growing Knowing mascot.
