How to Use This Web Site

Statistics Access and Suggestions:

1. Free access:    
   +   Picture of sign in button.     Free for the first week of the semester.
2. Full access:    
After you register, make a payment using the Buy button on upper right.  For immediate access you must pay using the Buy button with one of the following two methods of payment:
  • Pin:
    • Go to the campus bookstore and buy a pin card or phone the campus bookstore and purchase a pin card over the phone.
    You or the bookstore rep open the pin card then you record the pin code printed on the inside.
    Select Picture of sign in button. on upper right.
    Step 1: Enter your email User ID (the email address you entered to register in Growing Knowing).
    Step 2: Select "Pin purchased previously at the campus Bookstore".
    Step 3: Enter the pin code and select "Submit Pin".
OR
  • PayPal:
    • Do NOT pay by eCheck.  eChecks take up to 2 weeks to clear before the PayPal payment completes and your access is granted.
    Do NOT bring up PayPal directly.  Our Buy button will let you pay by PayPal and then return to growingknowing.com to be granted immediate full access. Otherwise you must request access and may wait up to 2 days.

    Select Picture of Buy button. on upper right and complete the three Buy steps below:
    Step 1: Enter your email User ID (the email address you entered to register in Growing Knowing).
    Step 2: Select "Credit Card payment using secure payment method, PayPal ".
    Step 3: Select Picture of Buy Now button.to enter PayPal.
    If you don't have a PayPal account select "Pay with Debit or Credit card" and proceed as follows:

    Fill in PayPal's credit card and billing address forms, including the email address of the person to receive the PayPal email payment receipt.
    Next is "Save info & create your PayPal account" which is already checked and must be unchecked in order to pay as guest.
    Do not open an account at this time or you will miss the opportunity to return to growingknowing.com to be granted full access after paying.

    Do "Pay now as guest" and then return to growingknowing.com to be granted immediate full access and receive message:  "Payment is Complete and Access is Granted".
    If PayPal displays "create your account today" click Not now.  Select "return to growingknowing.com".
3. Access info:    
  • After making a payment, each time you Picture of sign in button. you will have full access for the duration of the semester.
  • If you paid but you are not able to sign in you need to Request Access from growingknowing@gmail.com with the following information:
    • PayPal payment information:
     -  Student email address User ID
     -  Email address used for PayPal payment
     -  PayPal payment Transaction ID     		Or, Pin payment information:
     -  Student email address User ID
     -  Student first name and last name
     -  Pin code
    Note: It may take up to two days to process your Access Request.
4. Get started:     Statistics tab for the Table of Contents:  Statistics and read Welcome! subjects:

"Rules of the Road" followed by "Calculators" or "Excel Setup".

General Information:

1. Need site help?:     Select Help tab above for questions and answers.
2. Done for now?:      Select Picture of sign Off button. (upper right when signed in) or you will be automatically signed off after 20 minutes of non-use.
